Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On August 30, 2019, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Paul P. Carkeek relating to the Washington State Veterinary Board of Governors' denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 246-933-340. The Governor's Office denied the appeal on September 25, 2019.
