In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Division of Child Support (DCS)

Document Title: CN-300: Retained Support.

Subject: Retained support.

Effective Date: February 19, 2019.

Document Description: This canary notice explains changes to how DCS processes referrals for retained support. The policy clarifies that retained support referrals will now be sent to the office of financial recovery for service and enforcement.
