WSR 17-13-014 WITHDRAWAL OFPREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION [Docket PL-160122—Filed June 9, 2017, 1:32 p.m.] On February 19, 2016, the Washington utilities and transportation commission (commission) filed a preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) regarding the pipeline safety fee methodology at WSR 16-05-096. The commission has decided not to proceed with this rule-making proceeding. The commission has determined a rule change at this time to address the mileage allocation will have limited impact. The commission, therefore, requests that the CR-101 published in WSR 16-05-096 be withdrawn.
