Reasons Supporting Proposal: These amendments are necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of RCW 74.39A.074, 74.39A.341, 74.39A.351, and 18.88B.041.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 71A.12.030.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
