Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo 17-004: The Use of Local Or State Minimum Wage for Imputation.

Subject: The use of local or state minimum wage for imputation.

Effective Date: March 2, 2017.

Document Description: This policy clarification memo explains that DCS imputes income using the state minimum wage; DCS does not impute income using a local minimum wage.
