     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

     Document Title: Financial Institution Data Match Protection Procedures.

     Subject: Procedures to protect financial institution data.

     Effective Date: July 31, 2009.

     Document Description: This administrative policy explains the DCS policy and procedures to protect financial institution data used by the DCS financial institution data match (FIDM) team and any other IV-D program staff who access or process financial institution data files.
