Administration—What is the penalty for operation of unsafe boilers or unfired pressure vessels?

In the event that a boiler or unfired pressure vessel is unsafe to operate, the inspection certificate shall be suspended. Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation causing such objects to be operated under pressure without a valid certificate of inspection shall be in violation of RCW 70.79.320 and subject to the penalties specified in WAC 296-104-701.
