Implementation of State Environmental Policy Act.

(1) It shall be the policy of Community College District No. 21 that all actions taken by the district shall comply with the provisions of chapter 43.21C RCW (State Environmental Policy, chapters 197-10 and 131-24 WAC, as presently enacted or hereafter amended .
(2) The president of Community College District No. 21 shall be responsible for administering and implementing this policy.
