Waiver.

A student may waive any of their rights under this chapter by submitting a written, signed, and dated waiver to the office of the registrar. Such a waiver shall be specific as to the records and persons or institutions covered. A waiver continues in effect according to its terms unless revoked in writing which is signed and dated.
