Application for reinstatement of a canceled permit.

(1) A common carrier may apply to reinstate a canceled permit within ten months of the cancellation date provided the carrier:

(a) Corrects the cause of cancellation.

(b) Satisfies any outstanding fees or filings.

(2) If the common carrier does not file for reinstatement within ten months of cancellation, it must submit a new application for a common carrier permit under WAC 480-14-190 subject to all provisions in WAC 480-14-180.
