What requirements must be met before an overnight planned respite provider transports a client?

Before transporting a client, an overnight planned respite services providers or direct support professional must have:

(1) Automobile insurance coverage under chapter 46.30 RCW; and

(2) A valid driver's license under chapter 46.20 RCW.
