Are there any ongoing requirements for court interpreters?

(1)Certified court sign language and certified intermediary interpreters are required to maintain their certification in compliance with RID's certification maintenance program.

(2) An updated criminal background check will be required annually by July 1.

(3) A registration renewal form will be required annually by July 1.
