Organization.
The commission is a state agency authorized by Article 28, section 1 of the state Constitution and chapter
43.03
RCW. The commission shall be solely responsible for its own organization, operation, and action as described in RCW
43.03.310

The commission may delegate certain duties to the executive director but remains responsible for the official acts of its employees.
