Statement of policy.

Grays Harbor Community College is covered by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 prohibiting discrimination on the basis of handicap in education. It is the policy of Grays Harbor Community College to ensure equal opportunity without regard to handicap status in all areas of admission, education, application for employment, and employment.

A grievance procedure is required by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
