Fines.

Unless otherwise provided by a statute of this state, on all sentences under this chapter the court may impose fines on adult offenders according to the following ranges:

Class A felonies	$0 - 50,000
Class B felonies	$0 - 20,000
Class C felonies	$0 - 10,000
