Implementation of State Environmental Policy Act.

(1) It shall be the policy of Washington state school for the blind that all actions taken by the school shall comply with the provisions of chapter 43.21C RCW (State Environmental Policy Act) and chapter 197-11 WAC as presently enacted or hereafter amended.

(2) The superintendent, or his or her designee, shall be responsible for administering and implementing this policy.
