Tariffs, content.

A company must file with the commission a tariff showing all rates and charges it will charge its customers, together with rules that govern how rates and charges will be assessed. The tariff must contain, but is not limited to:

(1) A title page;

(2) A rules section;

(3) A rates section; and

(4) A map.
