Certification of record.

The director or his/her designated representative shall promptly file with the clerk of the court a certified copy of the complete record of the hearing before the director which shall, upon being so filed, become the record in such case. Appeal shall lie from the judgment of the superior court to the court of appeals or the supreme court as in other cases.
