Special education safety net—Withdrawal of application.

If at any time an applicant wishes to withdraw an application submitted prior to the committee vote, the superintendent or designee of the applicant district, or lead administrator or designee of the applicant charter school, tribal compact school, Washington center for deaf and hard of hearing youth, and the Washington state school for the blind, must submit a letter requesting withdrawal to the state oversight committee manager.
