(1) Licensees, staff, and any individual who may have unsupervised contact with residents must have training on the transmission and prevention of HIV/AIDS and bloodborne pathogens. Such training must include infection control standards.
(2) The infection control requirements and educational material must be consistent with the current approved curriculum
