(1) The fee for a one-year license is:

(a) For a contractor engaged in forestation or reforestation:	$100.00
(b) For all other contractors:	$ 35.00
(2) The fee for a two year license is:
(a) For a contractor engaged in forestation or reforestation:	$200.00
(b) For all other contractors:	$ 70.00
