Containment buildings.

The requirements for containment buildings at 40 C.F.R. Part 264 Subpart DD are incorporated by reference. The words "regional administrator" will mean "department." The sentence at 40 C.F.R. 264.1101 (c)(2) is modified by changing "qualified Professional Engineer" to "independent qualified registered professional engineer."
