43.27A.180
) and its powers, duties, and functions were transferred to the department of natural resources and to the newly created department of water resources which is now the department of ecology -- Water resources. (See Titles

WAC.)
The rules filed by the department of conservation before that effective date are now codified within Title
508
WAC.
