E-mail Notifications
Subscribe to the Legislative Lists
The Legislative Lists provide a convenient way to be notified of hearings, floor
activities, and more by e-mail. Get up-to-date committee agendas, receive the
Legislative Weekly and Daily Meeting Schedules, and/or the Senate Order of
Consideration postings.
|
Step 1: Provide your e-mail address and name
|
You may choose from three types of lists: the Combined Meeting
Schedule, Committee Agenda Change Notices,
and the Senate Order of Consideration. A brief description
of each type appears below.
The Combined Meeting Schedule includes a daily and weekly posting of all
committee agendas in one report. The Meeting Schedule displays the dates and
times for committee and floor sessions and includes agendas for House and
Senate standing committees. Each agenda indicates the bills to be heard, the
dates, times, and locations of the meetings. The schedule displays asterisks
(*) next to revisions to an existing agenda.
Subscribing to the lists for the individual committees below provides e-mail
whenever change notices for the selected committees are published by the
Legislature. The change notices are date- and time-stamped so you can tell
which is most current. The change notices include the changes made since the
last agenda was posted and the current agenda.
To receive the original agendas, subscribe to the Weekly Meeting Schedule.
Weekly schedules are posted Wednesday evenings during session.
Subscribe to the Senate Order of Consideration to receive the list of bills
scheduled for action on the Senate floor. During a floor session, you will
receive an e-mail message(s) with a PDF attachment listing the bills with their
short titles, primary sponsor, and check boxes for known or planned substitutes
and amendments.
