ORDER NO. 25700-A-1007

     By ORDER NO. 25700-A-1004, dated June 15, 2012, the Court adopted Standards for Indigent Defense and Certification of Compliance. The Office of Public Defense (OPD) requested that the Court delay the effective date of September 1, 2012. The Court considered the request to delay the effective date until October 1, 2012.

     Now, therefore, it is hereby

     ORDERED:

     That the previously ordered effective date for the Standards for Indigent Defense and Certification of Compliance of September 1, 2012, is suspended until October 1, 2012, except Standard 3.4 which will become effective September 1, 2013.
