Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement
In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list
of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department
of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: # Memo 10-57. Subject: Chemical dependency: Update to diagnosis
criteria.
Effective Date: October 14, 2010.
Document Description: Effective immediately, DSHS has
updated:

diagnosis treatment criteria according to WAC 388-805-310
(2) and (4)(a); and |

Update the definition for opiate substitution treatment. |
