Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 77.12.047.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The department may change the rules of its master hunter permit program to reflect the passage of SHB 1778 in July 2009 and the department's policy considerations.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
