PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR

TERMINATING STATES OF EMERGENCY

09-02



I, Christine O. Gregoire, Governor of the state of Washington, under RCW 43.06.210, terminate the following proclamations:


1. Proclamation 08-03 dated May 21, 2008, which declared a state of emergency in Washington State for above normal snow pack.
2. Proclamation 08-06 dated September 18, 2008, which amended Proclamation 08-03 by adding an additional county to the state of emergency for above normal snow pack.
3. Proclamation 08-08 dated November 26, 2008, which declared a state of emergency in Washington State for extensive flooding and high wind related damages.
