Subject of Possible Rule Making: Distribution requirements for shellfish receiving tickets.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 77.12.047.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Timeliness of reporting is creating an enforcement issue. A rule change will increase the performance of buyers getting information to state managers in a timely fashion.
