NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION

     The Washington state transportation commission will hold a special conference call meeting on Monday, April 7, 2008, at 10 a.m. During this conference call the commission will discuss the 2008/09 Tacoma Narrows Bridge toll proposals.

     It is expected that the commission will approve a toll proposal which will be released for public review and comment through May 27, 2008.

     The Washington state transportation commission will be holding a special meeting by phone on Monday, April 7, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. The agenda of this special meeting is limited to one item - review and discuss 2008/09 Tacoma Narrows Bridge toll proposals. The commission will be expected to approve a toll proposal at this meeting which will be released for public review and comment through May 27, 2008.

     This meeting will be conducted as a conference call so if you would like to listen in as an audience member, you may do so by calling the number above and when prompted, enter the pin number above.

     After entering the pin number, you will join the conference call. The commission will not be taking public testimony or comment at this special meeting so please be advised that if you choose to join in on the call, we'd ask that you place your phone on "mute" so as to ensure there is no disruption to the meeting.

     If you do not have access to a phone line with long distance service but would like to listen in on the meeting, you may come to the commission's administrative offices to do so. However, because there is limited space in our conference room, please let us know in advance if you plan on attending in person.
