PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR

TERMINATING STATE OF EMERGENCY

I, Christine O. Gregoire, Governor of the state of Washington, under RCW 43.06.210, terminate the following proclamations:

1. Proclamation dated August 11, 2005, that declared a state of emergency in Washington State for general weather and fire fuel conditions presenting a continuing risk of severe wild fires throughout the state; and

2. Proclamation dated September 22, 2005, that declared a state of emergency in King County for rockslide-related damage, which occurred on September 11, 2005, on Interstate Highway 90.
