Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 308-56A WAC, Certificates of title -- Motor vehicles, etc., to include but not limited to WAC 308-56A-210 Ownership in doubt.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 46.01.110.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: To add language that will make the rule more clear and understandable. The purpose for the change is to fix language that is confusing.
Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.
Process for Developing New Rule: Committee with stakeholder review.
