WAC 308-20-080, proposed by the Department of Licensing in WSR 03-10-085 appearing in issue 03-10 of the State Register, which was distributed on May 21, 2003, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.
