Title of the Rule: Improving traffic safety on construction sites and in work zones, filed as WSR 02-05-080 on February 20, 2002, and WSR 02-10-025 on April 24, 2002.
Reason(s) for Withdrawal: Due to the number and nature of the comments received at the public hearing, the department would like to reevaluate the proposal and continue to work with stakeholders to develop a rule that will cover their concerns.
