The proposed rule-making notice filed with the code reviser
on February 21, 2001, filing WSR 01-05-132, is hereby withdrawn.
The proposal to amend the Washington Strawberry Commission
marketing order did not receive the required assent by the
strawberry producers as provided for under chapter 15.65 RCW.
