] The Department of Ecology will not pursue rule making for
the following rules as implied by a CR-101 filed on October 30,
1995, as WSR 95-22-068: Chapter 173-18 WAC, Shoreline Management
Act -- Streams and rivers constituting shorelines of the state;
chapter 173-20 WAC, Shoreline Management Act -- Lakes constituting
shorelines of the state; and chapter 173-22 WAC, Adoption of
designations of [shorelands and] wetlands associated with
shorelines of the state. A new CR-101 filing would precede any future rule-making
activity.
