WAC 479-05-190
Indirect costs.

Indirect costs incurred by an agency for common or joint objectives which include an authorized board funded project, and which are not included in those direct costs set forth and defined in WAC 479-05-190, shall be eligible for board fund participation on a particular project at ((a)) the agency's approved rate, to a maximum of sixty percent if it has been computed based on OMB Circular A-87. If the agency does not have an approved rate, the rate shall not ((to)) exceed ten percent of direct labor costs.

AMENDATORY SECTION(Amending WSR 99-24-038, filed 11/23/99, effective 12/24/99)

WAC 479-14-130
Apportionment of funds to transportation partnership program regions.

Of the funds in the program, forty percent will be allocated to projects on a state-wide basis and then, at least fifteen percent will be allocated to projects in the East region, at least fifteen percent to projects in the West region, and approximately thirty percent to projects in the Puget Sound region.

     Regionally significant transportation projects submitted for funding by the TIB and approved by the legislature are exempt from the regional distribution formula.
