WAC 230-04-026
Ownership of a commercial gambling
establishment by charitable and nonprofit organizations.
A charitable or nonprofit organization that takes any part in the management, operation, or ownership of any authorized gambling activity conducted pursuant to a license issued by the commission shall not take any part in the management, operation, or ownership of any commercial gambling activity authorized under chapter 9.46 RCW.
