(1) Effective October 1, 1982, limited partnership filings under chapter 25.10 RCW are to be made at the Corporations Division of the Office of the Secretary of State, Olympia, Washington, rather than at the offices of the respective county clerks.
(2) The address for all correspondence is the Corporations Division, Office of the Secretary of State, P.O. Box 40234, Olympia, WA 98504-0234.
(3) In-person transactions may be made at the Corporations
Division, ((505 E. Union, Second Floor)) 801 Capitol Way S,
Olympia, Washington. There is an expedited in-person fee of
twenty dollars for single or multiple transactions within each
filing.
