adoption date of the rule establishing community custody ranges,
which was filed in your office on March 21, 2000, requesting a
continuance to May 20, 2000, was erroneously filed.The Sentencing Guidelines Commission is hereby withdrawing
CR-102, WSR 00-07-124.
Please be advised that a new form showing the adoption on
May 12, 2000, will be duly filed.
