Funding for projects approved under this chapter is from the recreation resource account.      Candidate project(s) are ((selected)) recommended by the director, and approved by the committee((, from among those submitted to the Washington wildlife and recreation program (chapter 286-27 WAC))).      Selection criteria include((s)):
