Petitions for rule making, amendment or
repeal--Form--Consideration--Disposition.
(((1))) Any person may submit a petition
requesting the ((promulgation)) adoption, amendment or repeal of any rule by the commission,
pursuant to RCW 34.05.330 and the uniform rules adopted by the office of financial management
that are set forth in chapter 82-05 WAC.
(((2) The petition for rule making should contain a draft of any proposed rule and any
argument in favor of its adoption, but no particular form is necessary.
(3) The commission will consider the petition at its next regular meeting after its submission. The petitioner shall be given notice of the time of that meeting.
(4) Within 60 days after its submission, the commission shall advise the petitioner that the petition has been denied, giving its reasons in detail, or initiate rule making proceedings under RCW 34.05.330.))
