Date of Adoption: February 26, 1999.
Purpose: Repeal WAC 246-838-040 Licensure qualifications. The contents of this rule have been moved to another existing rule, WAC 246-840-030. Therefore, WAC 246-838-040 can now be repealed. In 1997 all of the registered nursing rules and practical nursing rules were combined into a new set of rules. WAC 246-838-040 was the only rule that was not combined because of a typographical error. The rule has since been incorporated into another rule and con now be repealed.
