Revises local government treasury practices and procedures relating to: (1) Authorized methods for and transaction processing costs of payments of taxes, fines, interest, penalties, special assessments, fees, rates, charges, or money due counties; and

(2) The loss, destruction, and duplication of a warrant issued by a local government officer or agency.
