Includes in the crime of reckless endangerment, a person who stores or leaves a loaded firearm in a location where a child is likely to gain access, and the child obtains possession of the loaded firearm.

Requires a dealer, when selling a firearm, to offer to sell or give the purchaser a locked box, a lock, or a device that prevents the firearm from discharging.

Requires certain stores, shops, and sales outlets where firearms are sold, to post a warning sign to inform patrons of the requirements on storing and securing loaded firearms.
