Requires the department of revenue, with input from a task force established for this purpose, to study certain issues relating to property tax relief programs for senior citizens, disabled persons, and veterans.

Requires county assessors to provide data, requested by the department of revenue to conduct the study, in an electronic format accessible by the department.
