Addressing the minimum standards for firearms safety devices and gun safes used by certain governmental agencies that purchase, receive, possess, use, or issue firearms and government agents who receive, possess, or use a firearm issued to the agent by the agency.
Revised for 1st Substitute: Requiring firearms safety devices and gun safes to meet minimum standards if purchased, used, or issued by governmental agencies and limiting the civil liability of governmental agencies and agents who provide or properly use approved firearms safety devices or gun safes.
