Requesting Congress to provide the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration fisheries with sufficient resources to expedite review of Puget Sound hatchery and genetic management plans and that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration fisheries prioritize and conduct immediate review and approval of these plans.
