Allowing hydroelectric energy generation on irrigation district facilities to qualify for renewable energy credit.
Revised for 1st Substitute: Designating certain hydroelectric generation from a generation facility located in irrigation pipes, irrigation canals, and wastewater pipes as an eligible renewable resource under chapter 19.285 RCW. (REVISED FOR ENGROSSED: Designating certain hydroelectric generation from a generation facility located in irrigation pipes, irrigation canals, water pipes whose primary purpose is for conveyance of water for domestic use, and wastewater pipes as an eligible renewable resource under chapter 19.285 RCW. )
