The president of the university delegates to the WSUV campus chancellor the authority to suspend, modify, or repeal any or all provisions in this chapter for an authorized WSU special event or in the event of an emergency, disaster, or other like contingency. Such action shall be limited in duration and scope to meet the institutional needs of WSUV and/or address the dangers of the contingency.
